It was forecast to be 37 degrees today, so Mum got up after my 7am feed (instead of sleeping in) and we went for a walk with the pram. It soon got hot, and we came home for a feed for me and a shower and late morning sleep for Mum.
This afternoon, I went with Mum for her 6 week checkup with the obstetrician. She was pronounced "well and happy" and we went on our way. Outside, we saw cousin Claudia and Auntie Kate so we chatted to them for a bit. I was dressed in one of my best outfits and stayed asleep and looking incredibly cute so that Claudia would know that she has some stiff competition! When we got home, Dad had just cycled home from work. He was hot and went to the beach for a swim while I fed again.
Nanna and Poppa came over for dinner and to watch TV since theirs isn't working. Nanna cuddled me and then wrapped me up for bed. I fussed for a bit so that she would come in and rock me a few times but I eventually nodded off.
