Dad’s Auntie Jean visited this morning and brought me some more cute outfits and a fleecy blanket and cushion which will be great for playtime on the floor. The child health nurse, Diana came today, she and Mum and Dad talked about me and my progress, then she weighed me and declared that Mum and I are doing well with breast feeding as I now weigh 4.19kg.

Nanna came over tonight. She burped me in between Mum feeding me and couldn’t stop goo-ing and ga-ing over me. After I had finished feeding, she wrapped me tightly in a muslin wrap and put me to bed. She kept saying how cute I was, I just wanted her to say that I was even cuter than my cousin Claudia (who I still haven’t met.) Dad cooked roast lamb, and Nanna brought everything else for dinner. Mum felt very spoilt and they had a lovely dinner together while I slept. Travis called in after dinner to bring a booklet from Michelle on ‘Settling Your Baby’ – can’t imagine why Mum and Dad would need that?
