Despite the heat I had a very good night, when I woke Mum during the night she opened the front door and a massive breeze came in and almost immediately cooled the house after the hot day we had. That was a relief! After breakfast, Mum and Dad opened presents which Granny had brought from the family and other friends in New Zealand. Uncle Al (the one in New Zealand) and my cousins Lauren and Jack sent me a little All Black outfit, hope Dad will let me wear it! Uncle William and Auntie Rose sent me a little cow beanie toy and a blue towel with my name and a tractor embroidered on it.

This afternoon, Nanna and Poppa and Uncle Al, Auntie Kate and Cousin Claudia all came to visit. I finally woke up just before they left because Al and Claudia hadn’t seen me before. Claudia didn’t look very impressed with the attention I was getting but she’d better get used to it!
