We had a lazy start to the day and spent a nice quiet family day at home which was nice after our night out on the town.
After the rope on the swing in the back garden (hanging from the Jacaranda tree) mysteriously broke one day after the lawn mower man had been, Dad decided today was the day to fix it. First, Mum and I positioned ourselves in a chair under the tree so that I could be fed while we watched the proceedings. Then Dad tied up the swing with new white rope, he tested it himself to make sure the rope would hold and then I gave it the final system test. I had a big grin on my face as Dad pushed me in the swing, and Mum had trouble focusing the camera on me as I swung back and forth.
