Mum and Dad took me to Daycare for an extra day today. It is Poppa's funeral today and Mum and Dad will be busy for most of the day and so I spent the day at Daycare. There are mostly a different group of children there on a Monday but I saw Ashton there today.
Mum and Dad went to Poppa's State Funeral service at Curtin University followed by a reception. Projected on the wall was a presentation which Mum had put together, of photos of Poppa. Then later, they went to Poppa's burial at Karrakatta. Afterwards, Mum came to pick me up from Daycare about 4.30 and then we went to Fibber McGees for more drinks and nibbles and Nanna got to show me around to her friends and family. I had my dinner there and then I came home to bed. Mum and Dad have kept the programme from Poppa's funeral and newspaper clippings about my Poppa for me to read when I am a big boy.
