This morning we were off in the car as soon as I'd had my bottle. Dad drove us to Fremantle and we caught a ferry to Rottnest Island, the first time I've been out on the water! We were met by Michelle, Josh, Samuel, Craig and Samantha. They were farewelling Amy and Cooper on the same ferry we just arrived on, and then we went to the Dome cafe there for breakfast. I had my usual and Mum and Dad both had bacon and eggs and I managed to eye up a piece of toast.
After breakfast, we were soon on our way walking to Geordie Bay. Mum and Dad brought my pram and our suitcase was delivered straight to our house. We stayed at #915 with Rick and Michelle, Josh and Samuel. We have a lovely view out over the water from the house and after lunch we went down to the beach. Dad put up our little beach shelter and then Mum sat with me in the shallow water and I splashed and kicked and had a great time! Mum was so annoyed that she didn't bring the camera, so we'll have to do it all again tomorrow too - yay!
In the evening, we went to the McIntyres house at Fay's Bay and had a BBQ dinner there. Mum and Dad put me to bed in my portacot in the house and then took me home later on.
