Today is really my birthday so I kind of get to celebrate all over again! This morning after breakfast, Mum and Dad took me for a walk in my pram. We could see the pretty blue sea most of the way and it was sunny and soon it got quite warm.

Mum got my lunch ready and Mum, Dad, Nanna and I headed out for a nice birthday lunch at the Mandurah Quays Resort. It’s a nice restaurant by the water, with boats moored nearby, and seagulls, shags and other water birds around too. Afterwards, we walked along the boardwalk, past lots of big canal homes, at the end we saw a huge pelican which took off very slowly and gracefully glided off across the water.

Despite missing out on celebrating New Years Eve last year (due to being in hospital with me) Mum was in no rush to stay up late this year and everyone was tucked up in bed by about 11pm!
