Tonight Daddy came home! It seems like forever since I saw him, but I have to wait until the morning because I was asleep by the time he came home. The first thing Dad did when he came in the door after giving Mum a hug, was come into my bedroom to see me sleeping.
Mum is known for taking endless numbers of photos of me, but since Dad took our digital camera away to Melbourne, Mum didn't take any photos of me for the past 10 days - that must be a record!
This evening, Mum and Dad came into my room to check that I was sleeping soundly before they went to bed, and they found me sitting up in my cot, chewing on the bar at the top of the cot. At least I got to say hello to my Dad! Mum was not impressed that I've taken lots of paint off the cot which she carefully painted. Mum took me out of the cot right then and we played on the floor while Dad spent a while pulling my cot apart and moving my mattress down to a lower level so that I can't do that anymore. I soon found that I can get my teeth around the vertical bars and do a bit of damage there too!
