After she finished at work, Mum picked me up from Daycare and when we got home Kirsty and Lottie were outside our house. They were going for a walk with Maggie the dog and had called in to see us. They came in to say hello and I thought I’d show everyone what I had learnt at Daycare today. Kirsty was talking when I decided to stand up by myself in the middle of the lounge, the first time I’ve done that without pulling myself up on something. Mum had to interrupt whatever it was that Kirsty was saying to point out my milestone. Lottie was watching carefully to see how I did it, she is only 9 months old so I have a lot to teach her!
Dad came home soon after and when he took my clothes off before my bath, a large pile of sand fell out onto the bathroom floor. I’d obviously had a busy day in the sandpit at Daycare!
